The Musicians Institute’s Music Business Entrepreneur Program hosted a live performance competition for MI students and alumni at the Pig N Whistle in Hollywood CA. The event presented eight artists to a panel of industry pros. Pictured is the winner Alexander Cardinale holding the grand prize, a Voyage-Air folding guitar. Behind him are sponsors and judges, including (L-R) Virginia Cannon of Voyage-Air, MI instructor Dan Kimpel, Gotham Records’ president Patrick Arn, producer Jan Linder-Koda, Disaster Prep production team, Marcus Brown and Brian Julianel, and legendary promoter Mike Giangreco.
